WHL has established the “Personal Data File Security Maintenance Team” authorized by the President and convened by the Legal Compliance Unit, with participation from relevant departments. This team is responsible for formulating, revising, and implementing the “Personal Data File Security Maintenance Plan,” and continuously reviewing and improving through internal audit mechanisms. We remain committed to enhancing internal management systems and technical safeguards to ensure the security of personal data files.
To strengthen employees’ awareness of personal data protection, our company has launched a Personal Data Protection training program. In 2025, a total of 772 employees completed the training. We also implemented precise management by designating 401 employees from specific departments, based on regulatory requirements and business nature, as mandatory participants. All mandatory participants successfully completed the training, achieving a 100% completion rate and meeting our zero-deficiency target. We will continue to integrate personal data protection awareness into our corporate culture by regularly reviewing and optimizing the courses, ensuring compliance with personal data protection regulations, and safeguarding the rights and trust of both employees and customers.
